2-channel, ESD protected, unidirectional LLT from Maxim

Maxim Integrated Products has made available the MAX14569, an ESD-protected, 2-channel, unidirectional logic-level translator (LLT). This LLT provides level shifting for data transfer (up to 12Mbps) in multivoltage systems. The MAX14569 provides two separate enable controls for each pair of LLT. The LLT also provides a power-saving shutdown mode, reducing current consumption to 0.01µA (typ). The MAX14569 targets industrial networking equipment, automatic meter readers, and remote communication systems.

The MAX14569 operates at a voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V on the VL side and 2.3V to 5.5V on the ±25kV ESD-protected VCC side. The MAX14569 also features a charge pump, which boosts the VBAT battery input to the VCC level (5V).
