     Freescale’s new automotive microcontroller has on chip TFT display drive.

If yes is your answer, Freescale has this new offer for you. Freescale’s new S12XHZ512  (16bit MCU) is integrated with 30,000 pixel TFT display driver.

The S12XHZ512 has following other key features,
Can drive analog gauges, LCD and LED displays.
512KB of on-chip flash.
40MHZ, 16bit HSC12 CPU core.
12K of SRAM and 2KB EEPROM.
16 channel converter (A/D)
Two 1Mbps CAN 2.0  
SCI and SPI interfaces
6 channel PWM
On chip single wire background Debug mode (BDM) with trace buffer.

Package: 112 pin LQFP and 80 pin QFP
Available: Sampling now.
