Power MOSFETs with current rating
of 280 Amps for electric vehicle power control applications
IXYS has introduced 150-300 Volts GigaMOS Trench Power
MOSFETs with current rating up to 280 Amperes for high power
applications such as DC to DC converters, battery chargers,
switch/resonant mode power supplies, dc choppers, motor
drives, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and synchronous
rectifiers.
These MOSFETs can operate at temperature of 175 degree Centigrade
and has avalanche capabilities.
GigaMOS Trench Power MOSFETs are available with voltage
rating of 150V, 175V, 200V, 250V and 300V current ratings
from 120A to 280A. These Power MOSFETs provide designers
with high current solutions in a variety of applications.
The high current capability of these devices makes them
suitable for motor controllers and battery chargers used
in electric and hybrid car and carts and other high power
battery powered electrical equipment and tools.
