 Intel Atom based fanless ETX computer module

Advantech has made available Intel Atom based low power ETX computer on module. The SOM-4461 is a 114 mm x 95 mm sized CPU module that is powered by an Intel Atom N270 processor with 945GSE chipset. In full operation, SOM-4461 consumes 10 Watts of power. SOM-4461 is able to drive the applications with full I/O functionality and integrated graphic engine powered by the Intel GMA950 graphic core with multiple display support.

SOM-4461 is targeted for applications utilizing a plug-in CPU module on an application-specific customer solution board.

The board include multimedia COM with audio (AC97), video (GMA950), memory (DDR2 up to 2GB), and network functions.
The I/O features such as 36-bit LVDS, SDVO, VGA, TV out, 10/100 LAN, 4 x PCI masters, 2 x SATA ports, 4 x USB 2.0 ports, 1 EIDE, 2 serial ports, and a FDD/LPT port. The board also comes with Advantech Software API (SUSI).

This board also features advanced thermal management.
