A 5A/750V high efficiency rectifier from Diodes for switch mode power supplies

Diodes has introduced PDR5K capable of handling 5 Amps of forward current and reverse voltage withstanding of 750 Volts for consumer and industrial applications such as laptop and netbook AC/DC adapters, DC/DC converters in LED/LCD TVs, and telecom server SMPS. This rectifier offers a low Forward Voltage drop of 0.99 Volts.

The PDR5K is a 5A/750V rectifier and designed in collaboration with Vicor for switched mode power supplies to meet its power and space constraint application requirements.
