200 MHz MCU with 3750 KB on-chip flash for automotive engine
control apps
Renesas has announced the release of its SH72546R, a powertrain
control MCU that packs a 3.75 MB of on-chip flash memory
and operates at speeds of 200 MHz. The SH72546R is ideal
for automotive engine control applications.
The key features and specifications of the SH72546R are,
Extensive set of peripheral functions designed for engine
and transmission control system
Complete compatibility with SH72546RFCC for program development
Built around the SH-2A high-performance CPU core and execute
two instructions simultaneously and a Harvard architecture.
Processing performance of 400 MIPS when operating at 200
MHz.
Compatible with the earlier SH72546RFCC and SH72544R
Power supply voltage 3.3 V/5 V (dual power supply)
On-chip flash memory: 3.75 Mbytes + 128 Kbytes (EEPROM function)
On-chip RAM: 256 Kbytes
