Microsemi's new 28V, 300W, 175MHz RF MOSFET

Microsemi has introduced a new high voltage RF MOSFET to its portfolio targeting industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) applications.

The VRF141G, a two-chip push-pull matched pair transistor designed at frequencies to 175MHz for broadband commercial and military applications. The high power, high gain, and broadband performance of this device make it suitable for use in solid-state transmitters for FM broadcast or TV channel frequency bands.

300W with 14dB typical gain at175MHz, 28V
