SST releases new 16MB 1.8V flash
memory.
Silicon Storage Technology has added 16MB flash memory chip
into its family of 1.8 V low-density flash families. This
new family part-numbered as SST39WF160x, is called Multipurpose
Flash Plus (MPF+ ) family. This family provide feature such
as fast erase time (full chip erase) of 40milion second, easy
suspend/erase resume, boot block write protection, read access
time of 90ns and low power consumption.
SST39WF1601 is with bottom boot and SST39WF1602 is with top
boot. Both have uniform 2KWord sector for code optimization.
