Vishay's new thin film surface-mount resistor networks/dividers

Vishay has introduced the new thin film surface-mount resistor networks/dividers to feature a 4-mm by 4-mm dual flat no-lead package with a 0.65-mm pitch and low 1-mm profile.

This device feature a precision ratio tolerances to ± 0.05 % and stable film and performance characteristics of 500 ppm at + 70 °C for 2,000 hours. The DFN resistor networks/dividers offer tight TCR tracking to ± 3 ppm and ± 5 ppm, respectively. These specifications make the device ideal for unity gain operational amplifier applications in industrial, telecommunication, military, and test and measurement instrumentation and equipment.

The DFN resistor networks offer a resistance range from 100 ohms to 100k ohms per element. The dividers feature a resistance range from 1k ohms to 100k ohms with ratios from 2:1 to 100:1. All devices offer power ratings of 50 mW at + 70 °C per resistor, very low noise of < - 30 dB, voltage coefficients of 0.1 ppm/V, and a operating temperature range of - 55 °C to +125 °C.

The DFN devices are halogen-free and qualified to moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. Offering lead (Pb)-free or lead terminations, the resistor networks/dividers are compliant with RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and flame-resistant in accordance with UL 94 V-0. Custom configurations of the devices are available.
