New options for R&SDDF255 direction finder from Rhode & Schwarz

Rohde & Schwarz has introduced new options for the R&SDDF255 direction finder. A total of three new options of the R&SDDF255 direction finder have been developed.

--The R&SDDF255-ADC multifunction board option increases the signal processing power and is a prerequisite for the other options.

--The R&SDDF255-DDC multichannel reception option converts the R&SDDF255 direction finder into a multichannel receiver. It has a total of five demodulation channels, which can be allocated to any frequencies within the realtime bandwidth.

--The R&SDDF-WB option extends the realtime bandwidth of the R&SDDF255 direction finder to 80 MHz. This permits the demodulation (I/Q) of signals up to this bandwidth thus improving the detection of short duration signals, and increasing the scanning speed to 300 GHz/s.

The R&SDDF255-DDC option and the R&SDDF-WB option can be used individually or in parallel on an R&SDDF255-ADC multifunction board.
