P-channel 12-V power MOSFET with on-resistance
of 41 milli ohms at 4.5 V
Vishay has introduced dual 12-V p-channel power MOSFET
SiA975DJ with on-resistance of 41 milli ohms at 4.5 V, 60
milli ohms at 2.5 V and 110 milli ohms at 1.8 V. Vishay
says this is the lowest on-resistance ever achieved for
a dual p-channel device such as this.
The RoHS compliant SiA975DJ is available in small PowerPAK
2mmx 2mm SC-70 package making it suitable for portable electronic
devices such as mobile phones, smart phones, PDAs, and media
players.
