Holtek's low speed USB MCUs with internal oscillator

Holtek has released the new HT82Bxx series into the market with an advantage of a fully integrated on-chip system oscillator circuit.

The HT82B40R/HT82B40A MCU devices include 4Kx15 of OTP Program Memory, 160 Bytes of Data Memory RAM, 34 I/O pins and a 16-bit and 8-bit Timer, with an integrated high-speed 12MHz oscillator removes the need for external oscillator components while the internally generated V33O reference voltage, which can supply up to 70mA. These feature minimal PCB area and reduced component count. Although functionally similar, the HT82B40R is an OTP memory type device while the HT82B40A is MASK memory type device.

The HT82B40R and HT82B40A devices used in applications where USB +PS/2 interfaces are required, like PC peripheral keyboards, mouse products, joysticks, Game Pads, USB wireless receiver and other consumer USB products, etc.

Package:
HT82B40R and HT82B40A: 20/28/48-pin SSOP, 20/32-pin QFN packages.
