Dual positive/negative LDO linear regulator from Linear for battery-powered circuits

Linear has introduced the LT3032, a new dual, low noise, positive/negative low dropout voltage linear regulator that delivers up to 150mA with a typical 300mV dropout voltage. The new LT3032 regulator's quiescent current is low (30µA operating and <3µA in shutdown) and well-controlled in dropout, making it suitable for battery-powered circuits.

The key features of the LT3032 regulator are,

±150mA of output current
Low noise of 20uVRMS positive, 30uVRMS negative (10Hz to 100kHz)
Low dropout voltage of 300mV
Low quiescent current of 30uA/channel
Operating input voltage ranges from ±2.3V to ±20V
Adjustable output voltage of ±1.22V to ±20V
Output tolerance of ±3% over load, line and temperature
Stable with 2.2uF ceramic capacitors
Low shutdown current of <3uA (typical)
Starts into reverse output voltage
Thermal limiting and current limiting

The LT3032 regulator is offered as an adjustable output device with an output voltage down to the ±1.22V reference voltages.

Package: Low profile 4mm x 3mm DFN-14 package
Price:
LT3032EDC: Starts at each $2.20 for 1k pieces
LT3032IDC: Starts at each $2.55 for 1k pieces
Availability: Available from stock
