 LNA for remote keyless and tire pressure monitoring automotive applications

Maxim's new MAX2634 is low-noise amplifier (LNA) for remote keyless entry (RKE) and tire pressure monitoring (TPM) automotive applications operating in the 315MHz and 433MHz bands.

The key features of this LNA are,
1. Low, 1.25dB noise figure.
2. Consuming a mere 2.5mA (typ) of supply current.
3. Logic-enabled shutdown mode.
4. Need for external DC-blocking capacitors.
5. Compliant with of the AEC-Q100 standard.
6. Operates from a 2.2V to 5.5V supply.

Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C
Package: 2.0mm x 2.2mm, 6-pin SC70 package.
Price: Each $0.50 for 1k pieces.
